Boy it's universal ..................
When I was in college, somehow, at the first concert of the season I sat
principal I figured out how to project ( and in tune ) ,[ and the brass
section was surprised.....we played An Outdoor Overture & Artunian TRUMPET
concerto...Wind Ensemble arrangements ]

My teacher worked a lot on diaphragm breathing. But I guess I am
suggesting something that might not really happen overnight becasue this
involves developing your diaphragm muscle and it took me all the years I
was there to figure out how to actually use it ! [well I was working on
lots of other things... not like I wasn't learning anything. .....]
