Klarinetters FYI

I have been using Santy's Permanent Reed Rush for the last month and it works
fairly well. It is actually slightly more abrasive than equisetum, but good
just the same. A lot more fine control than a needle file for reed
adjustment.

It costs $10+ at Sam Ash, but I recently found it at a hardware store sold as
Eze-Lap for fisherment for only $5.95! I suppose this makes sense as
musicians earn so much more than people who have time to fish (?).

PS I have had a terrible experience, trying to transfer from AOL to netcom in
my Klarinet communications. Klarinet stopped taking anything from netcom and
I had no way of knowing! I would regularly post, and couldn't tell if anybody
was getting anything, finally I found out nothing was getting through.
Terrible, like one of those nightmares where nobody can hear you...

(not that anyone wants to hear me)
