Yes,

RUN (do not walk) to your nearest library and read Peter Hadcock's
excellent three part article in the February, March, and April 1982 edition
of the magazine "Woodwind, Brass, and Percussion". It is _the_ best how-to
for Eb clarinet (perhaps the only?). You should also get his book of Eb
clarinet excerpts which contains a great complete version of Till
Eulenspiegel.
