I have a Selmer and need to something about it. I think 7831 is the model
number<it is on the upper and lower joints.> The serial number is L1431.
I would appreciate any info on this instrument, like year of manuf. and or
approx. value. It is wood with silver keys. It is at the shop for an
overhaul.

If I am reading the list on sneezy correctly, that instrument in from
1931. A rather old instrument to be in regular use.
