'Bout the best darn book ever written on the subject is the
"Larry Teal Art of Saxophone playing". Summy-Birchard Publisher, $16
(Princeton, N.J is where Summy-Birchard is located). Bet most anyone could
get it. Try Ebles if you can't find it, or want it quickly. I grew up with
him (his book that is).
