Check out David Liebman's book "Developing a Personal Saxophone Sound". It
covers most of what you listed and is based almost entirely on the teaching
of the great woodwind teacher, Joe Allard. It's a worthwhile investment
for clarinet players, too. I'm not sure any book will help you teach it if
you cant do it, though. Making the assumption that you're only a clarinet
player, I'd be curious to know why you're accepting saxophone students.
