Performance Notes on Carl Nielsen's Koncert For Klarinet Og Orkester,
Opus 57 as recorded in study with Tage Scharff, Professor of Clarinet
at the Royal Danish Conservatory of Music in Copenhagen, Denmark, and
former pupil of Aage Oxenvad and a comparison of the Published Version
with the Manuscripts in the Danish Royal Library

I have "HTML"ized the document to make it a bit easier to navigate,
since it's over 1200 lines of information.
