You could try Arnold Bax's "The Garden of Fand" if you are looking for
something rare. There are several Vaughn Williams works relating to the sea,
including the enormous choral 1st Symphony (Howard Hanson also wrote a choral
Sea Symphony). Hmm. . .

The Flying Dutchman - Wagner
Mouldau - Smetena
Hebrides Overture - Mendelssohn
Calm Sea and Prosperous Voyage - Mendelssohn
Une Barque Sur L'Ocean - Ravel
Escales (Ports of Call) - Ibert
Blue Danube - J. Strauss
Four Sea Interludes from "Peter Grimes" - Britten
Song of the Volga Boatmen - Stravinsky
Swan of Tuonela - Sibelius
Mississippi River Suite - Grofe

That's all I can think of right now. . .
