I've been going to Bill and Linda for 25 years. They are the best in my
mind. I call him when I need the work, usually once a year for a check up,
and he tells me when to ship etc. It usually take a week unless I go to
his shop and visit them. Then it takes a day. I have an old instrument I
use when he is working on the horn.
