According to both the score and the orchestra part, the notes at 17 are
correct as written in the book. In the third measure, the c's are sharp,
and the triplet is f#-b-a.

In the Danse infernale, 5 after 11 is a 3/4 bar, after 12, the notes are
c-db-eb-f. Hope this gets to you in time to help.
