Jackie,

I own a Graham Lyonsplastic clarinet in C, which was designed for
children (in England) to learn to play on. I bought it because I don't
do a lot of C playing and the price was right(about $300 with shipping).
It came with a mouthpiece that is very slightly smaller than my Eb
mouthpiece and with some reeds that are slightly smaller than Eb reeds.
My Eb reeds have to be slightly cut down to play on this mouthpiece and
my Eb mouthpiece doesn't even fit the C horn. I know this doesn't
answer your question, but it is another perspective. Write back if you
want to know more.

P.S. It plays in the shower, too!!!!
