Jacqueline,

You'll have to define what you mean by an overhaul. In most cases
an overhaul may include key buffing and replating. If the plating isn't
worn, you probably only need new pads, corks/felts and minor key fitting. I
include the minor key fitting in with the price of repadding. The body
should be cleaned and oiled, since all the keys will be off it.
