Bill has worked on my instruments now for over 20 years, and nobody
else has touched my horns since!

My horns are serviced by him pretty regularly, so I generally am able
to set up my appointments in advance over the phone. Depending on
the time of year, my schedule, what needs to be done, etc., I either UPS
it/them to him or show up in person. Since I have plenty of extra
clarinets laying around my studio, finding one to play is not much of
a problem (sorry, I don't believe he passes out "loaners"!). The
turn-around is quite quick, although depending on the time of year,
you may have to wait to be seen.

One other note -- I had an slight accident with one of my A clarinets
last autumn, on a very overcast Thursday morning...I called and spoke
to Linda later that day, shipped the horn the next morning and
found it on my back doorstep the following Tuesday!

And, of course, the work was exquisite!
