I couldn't help noticing the irony in getting a degree in English
so you could have a career to fall back on!
(This is just a joke: I think it's great to be well-rounded, and
my wife has an undergraduate degree in English, so I'm definitely not
putting down English majors!)
Incidentally, I understand that my "alma mater" (Drexel University
in Philadelphia) now has a music major (they didn't when I was there!); I'm
not sure what aspect (probably not performance). I don't know if you can
take a dual major, but Drexel is well known for its Science, Engineering,
Fashion Design, Business, and Library Science.
