I have just received 2 new books from Ben Armato, former clarinetist with the
Metropolitan Opera orchestra and inventor of the Reed Wizard. One is "The
Opera Clarinetist"(An excellently edited book of excerpts from the operatic
literature). The other is "Perfect A Reed and Beyond"(Lots of useful stuff on
selecting and adjusting reeds, myths about reed selection and performance,
