I am sorry you didn't enjoy this album. I love it! Sure, it's a little
hard to hear the bass at places (it's a live concert) but it's one of
the few jazz albums out there that features the bass clarinet almost
exclusively. Dolphy is phenomenal-I suggest you go back and get the
album out and transcribe a few of the solos...it's been very helpful to
me.
