Another great recording is available on the Centaur label, CRC 2024. It
is of John Bruce Yeh and the Chicago Chamber Orchestra, conducted by
Dieter Kober. It was my understanding that one of Kober's relatives was
related to Oxenvaad, that or knew him quite well, and managed to pass
along a copy of the manuscript to him and subsequently to JBY.
