Hi!

Right now I'm trying to find a new (or preferably used) A clarinet. My
question is if it is kosher to get an A that is a different brand from my Bb.
Are the intonations and what ever so different?

Also...where would be a good place to find a good used A clarinet.
Even though Cedar Rapids (where I live) isn't the smallest city in the
world, finding an A clarinet here is next to impossible. What I'm looking
for is a good mail order company. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Oh yeah...for my music education seminar class, I have to do a project
on the clarinet. In my research, I noticed that there is such a thing as
baroque clarinet music. This fact has got me so interested, I want to play
some baroque clarinet music on my senior recital. Has anyone come
across any good pieces of this nature.
