As for great recordings of the Mozart Quintet, there is one that stands
apart from them all. It is the recording with Jon Manasse and the Shanghai
Quartet. It is the most beautiful fluid playing one will ever hear. This
recording is on the XLNT label. I highly recommend this recording to anyone,
clarinetist or not. It is truly amazing!!!!
