Hi..

There is a very old recording..made perhaps 40 years ago..with Peter
Simenaur and the Amadeus Quartet..that has always been my favorite. I
have an LP..and don't know if it is still in print anywhere. It features
absolutely simple, gorgeous playing. I'd give anything to have it on
CD..but I haven't found it.

If anyone knows of a CD, or even a newer LP or Cassette version of that
performance, I would love to know about it. I'd be happy to dub a copy
of my old LP for the person who asked for information about the Quintet.
There are, of course, many newer recordings available.
