I've had a lot of success with "La Voz" Bass Clarinet Reeds.
But I use a more open set-up than you do. For a long time I played
on a Selmer E. Now I have a Charles Bay, but I don't know what the
hierogliphics scratched on it mean in terms of opening etc. Usually the
reeds need a little attention with a knife, but then they last quite a while.
