I am needing some help.
Let me tell you my problem.
In november, 1997, I ordered 5 box of reeds on Giardinelli Band in
New York. I waited until 20th of december and, like the reeds didn't
arrived, and the amount was already billed on my credit card, I contacted
Giardineli. The man that attended me ask me to wait more few days. I waited.
In the beggining of january I contacted once and the man(Mr. David Prince)
told me that could send me again my order, and , if the original package
arrive, I had to contact him to cancel the second package.
So, today is 15th of FEBRUARY and my order don't arrive. I already contact
them twice but no answer

Question:
What can I do? Can anyone help me?
