If you must take time off, the thing to remember when you come back is to
keep all the physical things in order. Concentration on proper
breathing, relaxation, and posture will help. If you have any problems
in these areas, time off right now is not the thing for you to do. In
that situation, the length of time will set you back far more than 3
months.
