May I humbly make a few suggestions for those who wish to sign
off the list or avoid particular posts because of what they feel
are inappropriate comments:

1) Why not get the list in digest form? Then you only get 1 mailing
a day with all the postings (easy to skip the ones you don't feel
like reading).

2) Why not get the list in Index form? You get one mailing a day
listing the subject lines, and instructions for retrieving the full
message

3) If you have Web access, you can do 2) above and visit
http://sneezy.mika.com/clarinet/Klarinet to see the actual postings
(I keep up to about 100K of the latest postings easily available,
and all postings since the Klarinet mailing list inception are
available on-line searchable by any word).

I hate to see the exchange of ideas slow down here for any reason;
few people signed off even during the datastorm we had from the
tuning chart GIF fiasco of last year!
