The main router in Chicago for Agis (a major backbone provider) went
down due to hardware failure at approx. 1:45 AM EST Feb. 11. It just
came alive again at about 11:30 AM EST Feb. 11. Sneezy stayed up -
it just wasn't talking to anyone ;^)
