Subj: Anthony Gigliotti Teaching at Fame Festival

This year for the Fame Summer Music Festival, Anthony Gigliotti and myself
will be the Clarinet Faculty.
The dates are Aug 2-10, in Lawrenceville, NJ. (Princeton area). The cost is
$600 aprox., and includes room and Board. The Dean of the Julliard School's
pre-college division will be teaching Oboe. There is a Sym. Orch., Sym.
Band, Wind Ensemble, chamber music coachings and daily Masterclasses in
each instrument. The Fame festival replaced the Waterloo festival
(defunct). The Faculty includes teachers from the Julliard School,
Manhattan School, Yale and others.
>The ages of the participants are from 12-32, with exceptions made (in
either age direction). Last year I had a student who got his Masters Degree
in 1976 at the Festival.
There are work scholarships available on a first come/taken basis.
