Did Stravinsky write the pieces for a particular clarinettist??

Also, to Mr Bloom....which version of Symphonies did you play??? I
remember a beautiful performance of the original version in cleveland under
Boulez from about 1970 that still haunts me...clarinet section at that time
was marcellus, peterson, johnson and zetzer...the all stravinsky concert
ended with Les Noces..can't remember the rest....
