E. Michael Richard's "The Clarinet of the 21st Century" and "The Bass
Clarinet of the 21st Century" are available from E & K Publishers, 89
Dewey Avenue, Fairport NY 14450 (USA). I have the clarinet book and can
highly recommend it.
