A chart of multiphonic fingerings, in addition to quarter-tone
fingerings, is availible in a book by Dr. Kelly Burke entitled _
Clarinet
Warm-Ups: Materials for the contemporary clarinetist_. The book is
availble form Dorn Publishing in Massachusetts, but I don't have their
1-800 number with me now. The book is very useful for warm-ups,
fingerings, and general clarinet knowledge.
