Christopher, (and other eefer wannaplays),
I recently came across (and bought) old Normandie (by
Noblet/Leblanc) eefer. It came with a
way too short barrel so I ordered the only thing available now--a Noblet--
go replace it. Well, it tunes wonderfully. If I didn't have an RC eefer,
I'd be extremely satisfied with it. It has only two problem notes: The
lowest two, E & F. They are quite flat. However, everything else,
including
the long B and C are great. It is easily a professional caliber instrument
and I am looking to sell it. It is in perfect playing condition (had to
put in towo pads) and the case is like new. Contact me privately for a
price, as I wish to keep the most blatant commercialism off this wonderful
bulletin board.
