Subj: basset horn fingerings?

Can anyone direct me to something in print that gives the fingerings for
basset horn in the altissimo octave (beginning with C# above the stave)?

Or, if someone can somehow communicate to me via email how the fingerings
differ from the fingerings used on Bb clarinet, I'd appreciate it. I've
figured out that the portion of the B key with the hole in it is left open,
but the key depressed on some notes. But I'm having trouble with some of
the notes, especially the F above the stave!

Appreciate any help!
