The typical fingering (as far as I am concerned) is the following:
Finger a third-space C, taking the C key on the right, and add the left
pinky C#/G# key. Also see the book "Clarinet Fingerings" by Ridenour.
It has this one and 15 others for B-flat alone. The book costs $12 (well
