I ask the same question as Mrs. Wayne. Whether the references are
a form of Christian cyber-evangelism or not, it seems that Klarinet
is not really an appropriate place to advertise one's personal private
beliefs on any subject beyond what relates closely to the clarinet.
There are doubtless dozens of email and internet forums for the
purpose of exchanging religious statements and ideas to one's de-
light. The internet being an as-yet uncensored medium of information
interchange, I am, of course, equally free to simply ignore and censor
such postings if they ever really start to bother me. But it still
makes sense to question why they're included on a specialized academic
forum like Klarinet in the first place. In the same spirit as indicated
by Mrs. Wayne, no disrespect or offense is intended in posing the question.
