How about that "Clarinet Polka" piece? You can do the repeats maybe
5 to 10 times each (of course, each with a different one of your
famous ad -lib variations) and impress the hell out of them.
Or for something a bit more serious, perhaps part of the band
arrangement of the Rossini Intro Theme & Variations?
