Woops! I got the Tippett wrong: It is for alto, not soprano. (No wonder
your search for "soprano" didn't turn it up!) In the same vein of
self-criticism, I should also note that in an earlier string on the Nielsen
Concerto I cited Charles Stier's "Editions and Misprints" from the
"Feburary/March" issue of The Clarinet, omitting the year: 1994. Oh well.
