to be teachers - I have no idea if they want to be listed
on the pages.

Where - what College/University, City, Country, etc.
How - e-mail address and/or phone number

If you do not have Web access and desire a copy of the list
(after I have more than just David's name on it) please
mail me a message and I'll copy it off to you.
