I spoke with Georgina Dobree about this a while ago, and she told me that
the manuscript was in one of two places, either the:

Centre de Documentation de la Musique Contemporaine
Cite de Musique-16
place de la Fontaine aux Lions
75019 PARIS
Postal Address:
Paris Parc de la Vilette-B.P. 11593
75920 PARIS Cedex 19
Tel:47.15.47.15
Fax:47.15.47.89

OR, the ever popular:

Biblioteque Nationale
(I do not know who the new Music Librarian is, since Francois Lesure retired)
Department de la Musique
2 rue Louvois
75002 PARIS

She seemed to think that either one of these organizations could tell me
where the autograph is. I've yet to call, because I have no French...

Her other suggestion was to call Chester Music (the only people to publish
the Poulenc Sonata, am I right?) which has been bought out by:

Music Sales Group
Editorial Dept.
8-9 Frith Street
LONDON
W1V 5TZ
Tel:071.434.0066
Fax:071.287.6329

Georgina seemed to think that I should get ahold of a copy of the autograph
and do my own edition to have published (!?!) I haven't quite got around to
it yet.

Good luck
