I can't quite agree with this, as I AM able to access most all webpages
and get the information that I want. I don't normally get the graphics
unless I choose to download the gifs, jpgs etc., but for the most part,
I am after the text anyway, as that's where the meat and potatoes are.
I will agree that it is not the best if one wants material immediately.
Even so, when I go on a foray, I end up with plenty of material to
read, enough to really keep me busy at times. Except for the delay
factor, I do not feel impeded. I have already captured a large portion
of what is on sneezy, btw, and have done quite a bit of rummaging
through related private and commercial links, and have exhausted many
of them <g>

Your point is well-taken, and I understand where you are coming from.
I do agree with you in principle, yet when a request for a _minor_ bit
of information comes up, I see no harm in just posting the information
which is sought. I'll qualify this by stating that it would be well to
_also_ mention and recommend Sneezy to the questioner, if they are a
newcomer -- and yes, even withold the tidbit and refer someone to the
site if they insist on relying on the List chronically for information
that could easily be gotten from Sneezy if they do have easy access ;-)
I reason that if a person is curious by nature and wants to expand
their knowledge base, then once they learn of the site's existence,
they will plunge-in of their own free will.

Good suggestion. Will reduce ambiguity of how to respond to any one
user's inquiries.
