Greg,re the Poulenc, I heard a masterclass by Paul Meyer in 1995, and he
clearly referred to notes in the later editions of the Sonata as
"wrong". My inference was that the French, at least, seem to think the
first edition is the "right " one, and not the later changes made by
Thea King and Georgina Dobree.
