I am planning to do the Poulenc clarinet and piano sonata for a half-recital
(which I am spliting with a tuba player!). The title page says something about
ambiguities in the score. Just out of historical curiosity, did the Poulenc
sonata ever make it to the "Editions and Misprints" column in the ICA Clarinet
journal?

[By the way, there IS a piece for clarinet and tuba, which is what inspired the
recital idea in the first place. It's by Peter (PDQ Bach) Schickele, but is one
of Schickele's own compositions.]

Besides the Poulenc, I am planning to do either the Adagio from the Mozart
concerto (in memory of Robert Marcellus), or the Finzi Bagatelles.

Anyway, I would really appreciate any info I could get on the Poulenc matter.
Thanks a lot.

Clarinetically (is that a word???) yours,

Greg Baker
