Aside from the agony and anxiety of finding as many playable reeds for a
performance as you have mouthpieces, no.

In fact unless you are lucky enough to have truly obtained a "matched pair"
of Bb and A clarinets. I think it is almost necessary to find the best
mouthpiece for each instrument.
