I'd like to announce a new member of the Help team. He
is Frank Garcia.

Frank Garcia is currently a Clarinet Teaching Specialist at the
University of Minnesota, Duluth and the University of Wisconsin,
Superior. He is also the Bass Clarinetist with the Duluth-Superior
Symphony Orchestra. Before moving to Duluth, Mr. Garcia was the
Principal Clarinetist of the San Diego Chamber Orchestra and recorded
several compact discs as a member of this orchestra. Mr. Garcia also
played Eb Clarinet and was the first-call Utility Clarinetist with
the San Diego Symphony and Opera orchestras. Mr. Garcia is an active
clinician and has performed clinics for the Minnesota All-State Honor
Band among others. Frank Garcia is a Yamaha Performing Artist/Clinician.
