Don't forget "Hoe-down" from "Rodeo" by Copland: instead of E-major, play
in F-major.
High F's can be played t ooo/ooo with great effect. I suspect very few
would notice the switch here, except perhaps to comment on the fact that
more notes are being played.

Dan speaks wisely here. Pragmatism should sometimes prevail over
authenticity and (yes) even fidelity to the composer's wishes. And, you'd
better believe that this kind of wise self-preservation is very common when
the sharps crop up.
