The publisher for Kalmen Opperman was Chappell & Co. on 609 Fifth Ave. NY, NY
I bought mine for $1.50 (a princely sum in my day!). I don't even know if
this company is still alive.

G. Schirmer must have a web site (regarding the Stubbins book)? I really
don't know otherwise. Perhaps other people know the answer to this?
