Subj: Program Notes - Resource? Schubert 2nd Symphony

I am often asked to provide input which helps to create program notes
for a Community Orchestra here in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. While the
local libraries and INTERNET searches provide excellent information for
the major masterworks and certain obscure pieces, I find it difficult to
obtain information a lot of the time.

Today's problem is Schubert's 2nd Symphony - I would appreciate input
from any knowledgeable source. I would also greatly appreciate INTERNET
references as I have failed to find excellent resources thus far.
