What is the best brand of light bulb to use in a lamp clarinet? I've been
trying GE bulbs, but I can't get more than one of ten to work right
straight out of the box. I tried sanding the bottom of a bulb so it would
fit in the socket better, but it blew a fuse when I turned it on. The same
thing happened when I first soaked the bulb in water, and also when I stuck
the bulb in my mouth for a few minutes first (it really tasted weird). Am
I doing something wrong? Can anyone recommend a better brand of bulb?
