Eugene,
I know of one other - and it also may be unavailable. It is an old
recording conducted by Leonard Slatkin with, I think, the Louisville
Orchestra. They did a series of dozens of recordings of contemporary works
over the years and this was one of them. However, I don't know whether
they are still available. Good luck.
