Yes there is. I don't know where or how to get but I know it exists. I
recently moved to Texas from Cleveland and while there I was in the
Cleveland Youth Wind Symphony. The year I left they played the Artie Shaw
concerto. The only way to find out exactly where the arrangement came
from would be by writing the director I suppose. That would be Dr. Gary
Ciepluck. He directs at the Cleveland Institue of Music (CIM) where we
had rehersals. I hope this helps.
