The various incarnations of the Real Book (Shure Publications puts out a 3
volume legal version) come in Concert, Bb and Eb versions, and contain many
of the standards that jazz musicians play with appropriate chords. Jamie
Aebersold puts out a series of play along CDs that have a rhythm section
that you solo over, also with melodies and chords. He advertises in every
issue of Downbeat. A Web search should get you to their sites.
Shouldn't this info be on the FAQ by now, as the questions seem to crop up
regularly?
