Is there a Midwest Conference during the summer? Or is the Midwest
Conference always in the summer?

I'm applying for NJ Governor's School and I heard (a couple years ago)
that in 1997 they were going to go and perform at the Midwest Conference.
Therefore, I was assuming that the conference was in the summer.
